About Sheldon Scott Sheldon Scott is a multi-disciplinary artist in Washington, DC, whose work includes Performative Installation, Spoken Narrative, and the Written Word, primarily informed by the intersection of race, sexual identity, economics and exceptionality ideals related to the black male form and function. Born in Geeche/Gullah rich, Pawley’s Island, SC, Scott was immersed in spoken and griot cultures beginning his creative career as a Storyteller, later turning to fine art mediums to share his narratives
